The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Monday that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 53,977, the majority of whom are children and women, since the start of the Israeli occupation's aggression on October 7, 2025.
She added that the death toll has risen to 122,966 since the start of the aggression, while thousands of victims remain under the rubble.
She pointed out that 38 citizens were killed and 169 others were injured during the past 24 hours.
She explained that a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the streets, and that ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them.
