Injuries and arrests in the West Bank

A citizen was shot with live ammunition this morning, Tuesday, while others sustained bruises and contusions during a campaign of raids and arrests in various areas of the West Bank.

In Nablus, Palestinian Red Crescent sources reported that a 62-year-old citizen was injured by live bullets in the foot during the occupation forces' raid on Al-Ain refugee camp.

At dawn, Israeli jeeps stormed the eastern part of Nablus and patrolled several streets, without any arrests or injuries being reported.

In Tulkarm, occupation forces arrested two young men, Muhammad Bilal Abu Al-Aoun and Raed Ammar Barakat, after raiding and searching their homes in the town of Anabta.

Meanwhile, these forces arrested the young man, Saad Othman Basis, after raiding his home in the Aktaba suburb. He is a former detainee.

In Ramallah, the occupation forces arrested two young men, Qasem Abdel Salam Al-Barghouthi and Anas Mish'al Al-Barghouthi, during a raid on the town of Kobar, after raiding their homes and ransacking their contents.

In the same context, the occupation forces stormed the towns and villages of Birzeit, Silwad, Jalazone refugee camp, Bil'in, Kharbatha Bani Harith, and Jabal al-Tawil neighborhood in the city of al-Bireh, and raided a number of buildings and citizens' homes.

In Bethlehem, the occupation forces stormed the town of Al-Khader in the south, raided a number of homes, and arrested: Asaad Saeed Subaih, Ibrahim Marzouq Salah and his son Muhammad, Ayham Ahmed Othman Subaih, Muhammad Abu Zaid, Ibrahim Abu Al-Hawa, Adal Abu Ramdan, Othman Jumaa Salah, and Ahmed Ali Issa.

These forces also arrested the boy Hammam Issa Ali Taqatqa (17 years old) from the town of Beit Fajjar in the south.

In Hebron, a group of settlers stormed the home of Akram Sari Abu Subha in Khirbet al-Fakhit in the Masafer Yatta area, and assaulted him and his wife, causing them to suffer bruises and contusions.

They also smashed a vehicle and destroyed cameras at Al-Fakhit School after storming it.
