Israeli settlers cut down dozens of olive trees southeast of Bethlehem

Today, Sunday, settlers cut down dozens of olive trees in the areas of "Khalayel Al-Loz" and "Khallet Al-Nahla" southeast of Bethlehem.

Hassan Breijieh, a researcher in wall and settlement affairs, said that a group of settlers from Efrat and the settlement outpost of Qafaat Eitam, built on citizens’ lands, cut down dozens of olive trees belonging to citizens from the Abu Kamil and Suwais families.

Bashar said that the occupation forces and settlers have recently escalated their repeated attacks against the residents of Khalayel Al-Loz and Khallet Al-Nahla, by attacking citizens’ homes, firing live ammunition, and uprooting trees.
