United Nations: Hospitals and health centers should be away from targeting

UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric said that hospitals and health centers should not be part of the conflict in Gaza.

Dujarric confirmed in a press conference on Wednesday that the United Nations refuses to target health facilities, and that hospitals should not be areas of conflict.

He said, “I think the pictures of Israeli soldiers in front of infrastructure sites after they were destroyed are shocking.”

He explained that today the Israeli army stopped all humanitarian aid passing from the Gaza Valley to the areas north of the Gaza Strip.

He added that this prevented the delivery of aid to thousands of people in need, noting that many people were displaced from Gaza City today.
