Israeli Settlers attack Barqa, east of Ramallah

Armed settlers, protected by occupation forces, attacked the village of Barqa, east of Ramallah, on Monday evening.

The head of the Barqa Village Council, Sayel Kanaan, reported that settlers attacked the village from the northern side, and fired live bullets at the citizens who confronted them, but no injuries were reported.

Kanaan added that after the settlers withdrew, an occupation army force stormed the village from the same area, and detained more than 20 young men near Al-Nour Mosque, which led to the outbreak of confrontations, but no injuries or arrests were reported.
