The Palestinian Prisoners' Club confirmed that the Israeli occupation is holding the bodies of 16 prisoners who died in Israeli prisons and were announced after last October 7.
The club added - in a statement - that the Israeli army has arrested more than 8,875 Palestinians from the West Bank since the beginning of the war on the Gaza Strip, including 295 women and 630 children.
It pointed out that the toll of detainees does not include those who were arrested from the Gaza Strip, whose numbers are estimated in the thousands, but the Israeli occupation authorities refuse to disclose any information about them, and he stressed that Israel practices the crime of enforced disappearance against them.
