Israeli army closes entrances to the city of Hebron and Jericho

Today, Friday, the Israeli occupation forces closed the northern entrance to Hebron, “Ras al-Jura,” with cement cubes.

Local sources said that the occupation forces brought with their heavy vehicles cement cubes and a caravan for its soldiers, and closed the main road to the city with them.

She added that Hebron has been witnessing violent confrontations with the occupation forces in support of Gaza for several days, which, since the beginning of its aggression against Gaza, have erected military checkpoints at all entrances to the city, its towns and camps, and closed a number of them with iron gates, cement cubes, and earth mounds.

In Jericho, the Israeli occupation forces closed the city's entrances with military checkpoints, and closed the southern checkpoint with an iron gate.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces tightened their military measures in the vicinity of Jericho, tightly closed the three main entrances to the city, especially the southern entrance, and prevented citizens from leaving the city, forcing them to turn off their vehicles at its military checkpoints.
