On Tuesday evening, settlers threw stones at citizens' vehicles near the "Shilo" settlement on the road linking the cities of Nablus and Ramallah.
The young man, Baraa Owais, from the village of Al-Laban Al-Sharqiya, reported that a number of colonists attacked his vehicle and smashed its windshield with stones.
