On Wednesday, the Israeli police raised the state of alert among its forces in the city of Jerusalem.
According to the Seventh Hebrew Channel, the state of alert will continue until the late evening hours, due to the large march that will be organized under the name “Jerusalem March,” which will be held on the occasion of the so-called “Sukkot Festival.”
The Israeli police expected that tens of thousands would participate in the march, noting that it had taken measures to close many streets in the city and raise the state of alert to prevent any security incident.
