Ramallah / translation by "Al-Quds" dot com - The young man, Qais Imad Shujaia, was killed on Friday evening, as a result of the occupation forces shooting at him near the "Beit El" settlement, north of Ramallah.
According to local sources, the young man, a resident of the village of Deir Jarir, east of Ramallah, is the brother of the prisoner, Bahaa Shejaia.
And the Israeli army announced, earlier this evening, that its forces had neutralized a Palestinian gunman who had carried out a shooting attack from near the Jalazoun refugee camp towards the "Beit El" settlement, north of Ramallah.
A picture published by Israeli military correspondents showed the young man being killed.
According to an Israeli military spokesman, a military force that was lurking in the place was able to open fire and neutralize the attacker, while another fled the scene and large forces are chasing him and sweeping the place.
He pointed out that the shooting towards the settlement led to the injury of a settler with minor injuries, and he was taken for treatment.
