Smotrich: "The Palestinian Authority must disappear from the map because it raises its children to kill Jews."

The Israeli Finance Minister, Bezalel Smotrich, commented on the Jerusalem operation that took place this morning, stating it was a 'difficult and horrific attack,' adding: 'People who went out to work and study were coldly murdered by despicable terrorists with great brutality.'

Smotrich noted that 'the courage of a fighter and a religious (Haredi) intervened alone to prevent a greater disaster,' as he put it.

The Finance Minister continued his inciting remarks, saying: 'The State of Israel cannot accept a Palestinian Authority that raises its children to kill Jews; this authority must disappear from the map.'

Smotrich also called for dealing with the villages from which the attackers came 'as one deals with Rafah and Beit Hanoun,' referring to the extensive bombing and destruction those areas in the Gaza Strip have faced.
