27 Palestinians were killed in airstrikes and shooting operations carried out by the occupation army in the north and south of the Gaza Strip, as part of a series of ongoing assaults that have plagued the area for 22 months.

Medical sources and eyewitnesses reported that the occupation army's shelling targeted homes and gatherings of civilians, many of whom were waiting for humanitarian aid in various areas of the strip.

In the latest attacks, a Palestinian was martyred as a result of artillery shelling targeting areas north of the Al-Bureij camp, while another was martyred following the targeting of an apartment in the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood south of Gaza City.

In the north of the strip, the occupation army committed a massacre against the Kashko family, where 8 family members were martyred due to an airstrike on their home in the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood, in addition to two other Palestinians martyred as a result of drone shelling in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood.

An Israeli helicopter also launched an airstrike targeting an apartment in a residential building near the Samer intersection, resulting in several civilian injuries.

In the south of the strip, 15 Palestinians were martyred and others were injured due to gunfire targeting civilians who were waiting for aid in Khan Younis city.

It is noteworthy that the occupation began, since May 27, to implement a plan for distributing aid through what is known as the Gaza Humanitarian Relief Foundation, which is rejected by the United Nations, as it lures the wounded and targets them with bullets.

Additionally, Israeli artillery shelling targeted areas surrounding the Asda prison northwest of Khan Younis, which houses dozens of displaced persons' tents, with no reports of injuries.

Since October 7, 2023, the occupation has been committing genocide in Gaza, including killing, starvation, and destruction, ignoring international calls and orders from the International Court of Justice to stop these actions.

The Israeli genocide has resulted in 61,776 dead and 154,906 injured, most of whom are children and women, in addition to more than 9,000 missing and hundreds of thousands of displaced persons, leading to a famine that has claimed the lives of 239 people, including 106 children.
