The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military arm of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, announced that it had eliminated 5 soldiers from the occupation army from zero distance, wounded a number of others, and destroyed a troop carrier with a “Tandum” shell in the Al-Amal neighborhood area, west of the city of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.
Al-Qassam had previously reported that its members had confirmed the killing of 6 soldiers, turning them into pieces, and leaving a number of others dead or wounded, in the Al-Zana area, east of the city of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip, bringing the number of soldiers killed in the ranks of the occupation army, according to what Al-Qassam announced, to 11 dead.
The Al-Qassam Brigades also announced that its members were able to target 4 Merkva tanks of the occupation army with “Al-Yassin 105” shells and a guerrilla action device in Khan Yunis.
The Brigades said in a statement on its Telegram channel, on Saturday, that as soon as the rescue forces advanced to the place and reached the middle of a pre-prepared minefield, they were targeted by detonating 3 anti-personnel devices.
