المفروض عقاباً لهم ان يتم حبسهم الي نهايه شهر رمضان قبل عرضهم على النيابه وان يصوموا باقي الشهر عنوه عنهم بالسجن

توقيف 4 أشخاص في نابلس بتهمة انتهاك حرمة شهر رمضان
نابلس-
دوت كوم- ألقت الشرطة في مدينة نابلس، اليوم الأحد، القبض على 4 أشخاص، بتهمة إنتهاك حرمة شهر رمضان.
وقالت الشرطة في بيان: إنه بناءً على معلومات وردت لها، حول وجود اشخاص يقومون بالإفطار جهراً في أحد منتزهات المدينة، تحركت قوة من الشرطة إلى المكان، وتم إلقاء القبض على 4 أشخاص أثناء إفطارهم، وإنتهاكهم لحرمة الشهر الفضيل في المنتزة.
وأوضح البيان أنه تم أحالة الأشخاص الأربعة الى قسم التحقيق، وتوقيفهم لحين إحالتهم الى النيابة العامة، لإتخاذ المقتضى القانوني بحقهم.
